Mary McCormack
Mary McCormack was an American actor best known for her role as a central character in TV shows such as "Murder One", "The West Wing", "In Plain Sight" and Loaded. Her roles in films include Private Parts, Deep Impact, ??True Crime ?TM and ??1408 ?TM. The daughter of a medical therapy practitioner and an ice-cream proprietor, McCormack hails from a family that is not directly connected to the field of entertainment. After her parents divorced in 1990 she attended Trinity College, Hartford, Connecticut and earned an undergraduate degree in the field of Comparative Arts. It was at 12 years old when she was a part of the stage production "Amahl & the Night Visitor an operetta for Christmas. After her performance on stage, McCormack landed roles in both small-screen and large-screen productions. Today, McCormack is recognized as one of the most versatile artists in Hollywood. In her marriage to producer and director Michael Morris, she has three daughters.
